Activities at Apex
Tube Park
Lift accessed and located next to the The Mountain Shop @ Apex, this fun ride will keep you sliding for hours. A very popular activity ideal for all ages.
Tube park if now included in our 2012/2013 seasons pass!
Hours of Operation:
Saturdays from 10:00am-3:30pm
Sundays from 10:00am -3:30pm
$15.00 + HST for Adult / Student / Senior
$12.00 + HST for Junior
$10.00 +HST for Mater / Child
Ticket Vouchers are valid for 2 hours.
Additional hours can be purchased for $4.00/hour.
Interested in hosting an event? Contact Jonathan in the Sales Department at jonathan@apexresort.com to arrange a private bonfire with hotdogs, marshmallows and hot chocolate right there at the park!
Apex NHL Sized Hockey Rink
Our NHL sized outdoor hockey rink is the perfect location for a pick-up hockey game, curling, bonspiels and skating practices. Private bookings are available through the Sales Department. The hockey rink is lit, Zamboni maintained and available for group use. We have a selection of skates available for rental.
The Hockey Rink can be rented out for $90.00 + HST / hour.

Cross-country Skiing
Nickelplate Nordic Centre offers the longest season in Canada on 56 km of beautifully groomed trails for classic and skate skiing.

Snowshoeing
One of the fastest growing snowsport adventures. Exercise in the fresh air while enjoying the natural beauty of Apex Mountain. There are plenty of snow shoeing trails all over the resort from easy strollers to challenging hill climbs. This is a perfect way for outdoor enthusiasts to spend their day. Contact Hoodoo Adventure Company at www.hoodooadventures.ca for added information about their tour and rental options.
Adventure Skating Loop
Skate through the trees on our 1 km long Zamboni maintained ice loop. The loop is lit in the evenings until 11 pm.
Daily Skate Ticket $4.00 + HST
Skate Ticket + Rentals $11.00 + HST

Daily & Weekly Events
Free Mountain Host Tours
Come experience the terrain, history, personalities, and magic that make Apex a amazing place to spend your winter season. These wonderful tours are for all abilities and depart daily at 9:30 am and 1 pm. Meet in front of the Edge Bistro by the Mountain Map in the village.
Night Skiing
Fridays and Saturday and Holidays from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Starting December 21st.
Night skiing and boarding $15.00 + HST.
Friday Night Special $7.50 + HST.
Please contact us to inquire about additional evening operational hours during the holiday season.
