Freestyle Club
The Apex Freestyle Club was founded in 1989 and has grown and developed substantially over the years. Currently the team skis on weekends with a two day competitive program for advanced skiers, and a one day development program designed for recent graduates from the Jumps and Bumps program.
Kids love to play on skis, whether it’s fast, slow, forwards, backwards, over moguls, in the Terrain park – they are naturally “Freestyle skiers”! The “Jumps and Bumps Program” is a 7 level program for kids 6 – 12 years of age with the focus being on fun, safety and skill development; top priorities for the sport of Freestyle.
This is our “Pathway for Growth and Excellence”. The next generation of new freestyle stars is taking to the air!
Apex Ski Club
The club runs children’s learn to ski and learn to race programs as well as programs for aspiring top level athletes. The club is recognized as key contributor to Provincial and Canadian athlete development. Visit our website for full information and rates at www.apexskiclub.com.
